Dr Rupa Chilvers is the Deputy Director, supporting the work of the Bevan Commission and leading the work for adoption and spread of innovation in health and care. She has held previous roles supporting industry for innovation development and adoption, as well as working with health care regulators and academia. Rupa takes a keen interest in how behavioural sciences and psychology impacts on the health workforce and in making change happen.
Working to support the translation of knowledge into practice and policy for over two decades, Dr Rupa Chilvers has contributed to health systems development in the UK and low to middle income countries. She specialises in developing and managing structured programmes for achieving change, usually with a collaborative and network-based approach.
