For 75 years our NHS and social care services have been the bedrock of our society, protecting and supporting our communities, our friends, and our families.

We have achieved so much but now, like many others, we face unprecedented global challenges, including Covid-19, ageing populations, and the climate emergency.

We are at a tipping point. It is now time for us to face these challenges together and rebuild our health and social care systems to thrive in tomorrow’s world.
